Customer Satisfaction
At Lovan USA, we stand behind the quality of our product
and we make things right if you are not satisfied with
your purchase. Our shipments are carefully inspected
before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are
not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions
below.
Lovan Warranty
All items on this web site are new and unused. All
items carry our limited 1 year manufacturer warranty.
The warranty period begins upon purchase of an item,
except in the case of a "special order" or
"backorder." In those cases the warranty period
begins upon delivery of the item.
The Lovan Nexus Lift is the only Lovan product with
a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Return & Exchange Policy
Lovan USA has a 15-day return and/or exchange policy
for any reason. Upon return, your merchandise will be
inspected. Unless there is a manufacturer defect, a
usage or a 15% restocking fee will apply.
If an item comes to you damaged or defective, Lovan
USA will arrange pick up of the item for return and
will send a replacement item once pick up of the original
shipment has been confirmed. If an item becomes defective
after 15 days, you will need to send the defective merchandise
to Lovan USA at your cost or one of our service locations
for replacement or repair.
If you are returning or exchanging an item that is
not defective or damaged, you will be responsible for
all shipping fees including the shipping fee when the
package was first sent to you. Again upon return, your
merchandise will be inspected. Unless there is a manufacturer
defect, a usage or a 15% restocking fee will apply.
All items returned must be in its original packaging
with a Return Authorization Number or the warehouse
will not accept the package.
Return & Exchange Instructions
- Please contact us first. We will issue
you a Return Authorization Number
which you have to put somewhere on the return package.
Most of the time, the item might not be defective
and a Lovan USA customer representative will be able
to resolve the problem.
All items returned must be in its original packaging
with a Return Authorization Number or the warehouse
will not accept the package.
- Exchanges. If an item comes to you damaged
or defective, Lovan USA will arrange pick up of the
item for return and will send a replacement item once
pick up of the original shipment has been confirmed.
- Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued
to you for the value of the item. Shipping fees are
non-refundable. A copy of the refund receipt and email
confirmation of the refund will be provided for you.
