Ordering from Lovan USA
Whether you're a new guest placing your first order
or a seasoned pro, we want to make sure that ordering
from Lovan USA is simple and fun.
Finding Items
There are several ways to shop on Lovan USA. You can
use the top "Quick Links" or left navigation
bars to shop by category and series. Or, use the 'Product
Search" box under the categories to find exactly
what you’re looking for.

Adding Items to Your Shopping
Bin
To order an item from your shopping bin, simply enter
the quantity you’d like, then click the red “Add
to Cart” button. Use the top navigation bar or
click “Continue Shopping” to add more items.
You can view the items in your Shopping Bin any time
by clicking the 'View Bin Details' link in the top right
corner of any page. Items stored in your Bin should
appear on any computer, as long as you’re signed
in to your Lovan USA account with your e-mail address
and password.
If the "Add to Cart" button is missing
from your page:
• This means the item isn't available. When
we’re confident the item will be available again,
we’ll enable the button and you can add it to
your Cart.
• If the item is listed as available, use your
Internet browser's "Help" link to make the
"Add to Cart" button appear..
If Your Cart is Empty and you've added an item
to it:
• Make sure to sign in before adding any items
to your Cart. Any items added before signing in will
not be tied to your account, and will disappear once
you log in.
• If signing in doesn't help, check your Internet
browser's "Option" or "Preferences"
link to be sure it's cookie-enabled. Cookies make the
Cart work.

Continuing to Checkout
Once you’ve added items to your Shopping Bin,
take a moment to review what’s in it. (Your Shopping
Bin may contain items from previous visits, since items
remain in your Shopping Bin for 90 days.) If you don’t
want to buy an item right away, click “Save for
Later” next to the product name to move it to
your “Saved Items” list.
When you’re ready to place your order, click
the red “Continue Checkout” button. You’ll
be taken to the first page of the Checkout section,
which will prompt you to sign in.

Signing In
Enter your name and choose a password. By completing
these steps, you will have created a Lovan USA account.
For security purposes, we’ll ask you to sign in
twice.
We’ll use the e-mail address you submit to send
you important messages, including order acknowledgements
and shipping confirmations. You can also choose to receive
promotional e-mails from Lovan USA.
To sign in to your existing Lovan USA account, enter
your e-mail and password. Then click “Log In”
button. If you have trouble signing in and need more
help, visit our Password Assistance page.

Providing a Password
Creating a password means you’ll enjoy faster,
easier shopping. To keep your personal and credit card
information secure, keep your password unique and private.
Passwords are not case-sensitive, can be from 0 to any
number of characters, numbers, or letters and can include
spaces.

Choosing a Shipping Address
During your online Checkout, you’ll reach the
“Address Book” page directly after signing
in. On this page, you’ll find all the addresses
you’ve previously shipped to on one convenient
page. Choose one by clicking the red “Ship to
This Address” button next to it.
If you’d like to ship to a new address, click
“Enter a New Shipping Address” at the top
of the page. Once you’ve entered the correct information,
click “Ship to This Address” below it.

Where We DO NOT Ship To
Lovan USA currently only ship to the 48 United States
free of charge. For Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska and
Hawaii orders, you are responsible for all shipping
and brokerage fees. We do not ship to military addresses
and internationally.

Choosing a Payment Method
We accept the following credit cards:
• American Express
• Visa
• MasterCard
You may also use a debit card, as long as it is connected
with either Visa or MasterCard. You must have sufficient
funds in your account at the time of charge, as we charge
for items at the time of shipment. Please enter your
card number without spaces or dashes.
If you encounter problems when entering your credit
card information, check the following:
• Did you select the correct credit card type
from the drop-down menu?
• Did you enter the card number correctly?
• Did you select a valid expiration date from
the pull-down menu? (If you’re using your Lovan
USA Card, you can leave it blank.)
• Did you enter your name exactly as it appears
on the card?
• Is your card new? If so, has it been activated?

Lovan USA Shipping Methods
Most of our products are shipped through UPS ground.
However, some glass or over-sized packages may be shipped
by a 3rd party trucking company. Small packages will
be shipped through regular USPS priority mail.

Reviewing and Submitting Your
Order
During your online Checkout, take the time to review
your order information on the “Place Your Order”
page. You can make adjustments to your Order Summary
in the right-hand column if necessary.
When you’re ready, click “Place Your Order”
to complete your purchase. We’ll send an order
acknowledgement e-mail shortly; we’ll also send
a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is sent.
You can view the status of your order anytime by checking
My Account.

Placing an Order by Phone
All orders placed on our website are secure and covered
by our Safe Shopping Guarantee.
For security reasons, we can’t accept orders
by mail or e-mail.
