1. Can the Lovan home theater chairs be bolted down?
» Both our home theater seating series, the Gallant and Matinee, are free standing chairs. However, the Lovan Matinee Home Theater seats are capable of being bolted down, however, you would have to purchase separate L-Brackets from your hardware store to do so. The Gallant is more of a lounger and there would be no need of having it bolted down.

4. How are the Gallant and Matinee chairs shipped?
» The Gallant comes also in 1 box. However, the Matinee comes in 2 boxes, one for the arms and the other for the back and seat. The Matinee home theater seats require assembling.

5. What is the warranty period?
» Lovan offers a one-year warranty. However, we repair or replace defective in-warranty products at our sole discretion. In the unlikely event that one of our products requires service, please contact us or contact your local dealer for return instructions. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP BACK PRODUCTS WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
